This historic building was built in the early twentieth century in Neo-Baroque architectural style by the architect Antonio Palacios and later raised with a floor and library built by the architect Desiderio Pernas. This ancient building is a famous landmark, cultural heritage site and tourist attraction. In the top gable are processed sculptures of figures and horses with riders.
