Essaouira, coast of the atlantic ocean in Morocco.Essaouira is one of the largest fishing centers in Morocco. The port was created in the second half of the fifteenth century by the Portuguese colonists, was known as Mogador. At the entrance to the city there is the port bastion Skala du Port. From the massive walls protrude the barrels of Portuguese, Spanish and Dutch cannons. You can admire the nearby Purple Islands from the walls of the Portuguese bastion. The beautiful seafront at the harbor attracts with its magnificent, raw appearance.
