A house is a home when we put our personal touch on it, inside and/or out. The longer we live there the more personal the look of the house can acquire. There are neighborhoods that do restrict what people can do with the outside as far being too differant. Most neighborhoods, just keep your area clean and the noise volume down. Then there is this house that seems to have a little bit of everything of magic and wonder and surprise to feast the eyes.
