She is carrying a bottle of water and a cell phone as she walks. You would never guess she is a brilliant physician, engineer and mother of six. Mount Rainier, a 14,411 foot mountain, is a large active stratovolcano that last erupted in 1894. It is the highest mountain in the United States State of Washington in the Cascade Range. It is located 59 miles southeast of Seattle.
