Wandering Lights festival focuses on Tallinn city parks, greeneries and the surrounding city spaces. The fourteenth festival will last for three days starting from the Kadriorg Park from 18th to 19th September and will continue to Tallinn Old Town with lighting installations and concerts from 19th to 20st of September. Furthermore, over sixty installations will make up a light chain in the heart of the city, giving you the opportunity to discover exciting objects and the exciting elements of the city space.
