It covers a total area of 38.37 hectares, including 6.6 hectares of water area and 30.61 hectares of green space. There are 83 kinds of trees and shrubs, more than 35,700 trees trees, with a greening rate of 80%. Haishan park was built and opened in April 2006, with a total investment of more than 39 million yuan and annual tourist reception of more than 1.8 million person-times. Since the beginning of the park was awarded luquan district chief special award, in 2010 was named shijiazhuang `ten best public park`, in 2011 was named hebei five-star park.
