Pictured is the Ring of Thanks and Bell Tower at the West entry to Thanksgiving Square in downtown Dallas, Texas. The Ring of Thanks is a 14-foot diameter aluminum ring is covered in 23 carat gold leaf. Visitors can walk through the ring before passing under a 50-foot Bell Tower featuring three bronze bells designed in the form of the Liberty Bell. Also seen are flags of the United States, Texas and Thanksgiving Square. Thanksgiving Square opened in November of 1976, a public-private partnership of the City of Dallas and the Thanks-Giving Foundation.
