Hanoi, Vietnam - February 19, 2020: Boat houses of fishermen on a section of the Red River at the foot of Long Bien ancient bridge. These are the poor, who have no fixed place to stay on land. They make a living based on the amount of money they sell from the fish caught in the river. Without grid electricity, they have to use batteries. Every time the batteries are exhausted, they have to go ashore to hire them to recharge. Because of this, there is no Hanoi household registration so their children often do not have stable schools, so the future is not guaranteed.
