Common Black-headed Gull scientific name: Larus ridibundus: Commonly known as `water pigeon`, its body shape and coat color are similar to pigeons, body length is 37-43 cm, wingspan is 94-105 cm, weight is 225-350 grams, and life span is 32 years. The mouth and feet are red, most of the body feathers are white, and the tail feathers are black. Feet and toes are reddish red, turning orange-yellow in winter; claws are black.
