The temple impresses with its architecture. It is not visible from the highway passing through the village, it stands on the opposite edge of the village. And, when you pass behind the outskirts, behind the tall trees, you are suddenly amazed at the giant structure of the century before last. The temple was built in 1820, closed immediately after the revolutionary coup and would have stood there and continued to collapse now under the influence of rain and frost. But apparently the attitude to spirituality has changed among people, they reached out to God and lifted up their souls when one of them began to restore the old, native temple. Vitaly Afanasyev says: I think that over time, there will be funds necessary to restore the entire church, but in the meantime, we want to repair the collapsed roof, vaults, block part of the building and make the inside of the room suitable for worship. To date, the villagers have not only cleaned the temple inside and put things in order around, but have covered three sides of the temple with slate to prevent rain from falling
