Main Orthodox Church in Kragujevac was the first church built in Byzantine-Romanesque style in liberated Serbia, which it, inter alia, provides a special place in the architecture of the last half century. Making a plan for the Orthodox church in Kragujevac 1866th year,Andrew Andrejevic after several centuries of sacred architecture back to its roots in the Byzantine Empire and marked the end of the dominance of the Baroque time. So for the first time Kragujevac got a church that is fully able to meet their needs and that its appearance has become his pride.
