The stoneware for the production of this tea set was fired in a kiln on wood at a temperature of 1250°C. Yellow salt glaze from the workshop of the author is used on the inside, whilst the outside is coated with the clay “šlemovka” glaze from Ahníkov, known as “Black Magda”. The set is supplemented with an oil lamp. The use of fine stoneware and its firing to the temperature of sintering is a guarantee of impermeability even for a highly capillary fluid such as lamp oil, which we recommend as the filling for these lamps. Although the lamp is small in size, it burns with a steady flame for several hours.
