The palace in Krzyżowa is located on the southern edge of the Świdnica Plain, on the Piława River. It was built in the years 1712–1726 on the site of the 16th century manor house which had been destroyed during the Thirty Years` War. Rebuilt in the years 1868–1869, and then in the years 1891–1900. In the years 1992–1997, a comprehensive renovation and restoration of the palace was carried out. The palace in Krzyżowa is a neo-baroque, two-storey building with high basement, built on a rectangular plan, covered with a mansard roof with dormers. A stone, tapering staircase with an iron, forged balustrade and a semicircular landing on the high ground floor lead to the main entrance. The main entrance is in a decorative portal with two Ionic columns on the sides supporting a pediment containing a cartouche with the coats of arms of the then owners.
