In the same pan, add the cashews and fry them until they acquire a delightful golden hue. Similarly, remove the cashews from the pan and keep them aside. introduce the raisins to the pan. Let them puff up, and once they do, remove them from the heat and set them aside.Returning to the pan, add the tej patta, cinnamon, cloves, and green cardamoms. Fry these aromatic spices on low heat until they begin to splutter and crackle, releasing their enticing flavors. Next, add another half cup of thinly sliced onions and sauté them until they turn translucent.reunite the rice with its companions. Add the soaked rice to the pan and season it with salt according to your taste. Gently mix the rice, ensuring that it mingles harmoniously with the other ingredients. Pour in 3 cups of water, stirring well to combine all the flavors. Taste the water to ensure it has a slight hint of saltiness, adjusting as necessary.Cover the pan with its lid and allow the rice to simmer on low heat. As the water is absorbed and the rice grains become tender, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, a tantalizing aroma will fill your kitchen. Once the rice is cooked to perfection, gently fluff it with a fork to enhance its texture.
