The Southern Headquarters Base of China Communications Corporation, also known as the "Window of Guangzhou," is shaped like a "001" when viewed from south to north and a "100" when viewed from north to south. The project is located at the bank of the back channel of the the Pearl River at the starting point of the central axis at the south end of the the Pearl River New Town in Haizhu District, Guangzhou. Luoxi Bridge is a river crossing channel connecting Haizhu District and Panyu District in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Located on the main channel of the Pearl River, it is a part of the urban trunk road in the southeast of Guangzhou and a landmark bridge channel on the rear channel of the Pearl River.
