Malles in Val Venosta. Among the valleys belonging to the municipality of Malles are the Val di Mazia, the valley and the valley of Planol Schlinig. It is one of four Italian municipalities to border on two foreign states. It seems certain that the Romans have stopped and held also in Malles: the town is in fact place along the ancient Via Claudia Augusta. A Malles was built and the first certified passive building (ie that can warm up without having boiler, radiators or similar systems).
