Photo made in a small medieval village that is located in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The whole area can boast a tradition and a culture that has been preserved to us. The ancient crafts of woodcutters, charcoal burners, the picciarìn, the shepherds, the horsemen and peasants, with their everyday work have fueled the characteristic landscape of the Apennines. All this enriched by the elements of artistic value spread over the territory, such as the numerous churches, majesty, villages, castles and towers, that the persistence of the stone gave us fragments of a lived history. The picture shows a detail of walls and the entrance to the castle which is located in the highest part of the village.
