Poor Quarter, located right on the ledge, of the Atlantic coast in Sosua, Dominican Republic. Poor huts, shacks nestle right next to an excellent hotel with a private beach and magnificent views of Sosua bay. The lack of fresh water, power outages, lack of land for growing vegetables, the constant cool breeze from the ocean and metal corrosion, storms aggravate the plight of locals.
