Oriental Darter Anhinga melanogaster; a water bird of tropical South Asia and Southeast Asia. while swimming its body remains submerged and the slender neck alone is visible above the water, which accounts for the colloquial name of `snakebird`. Formerly,listes as rare bird of Thailand because its environment was destroyed and hunted for food by humans but nowadays the bird populations have increased continuously until quite often find along the large freshwater lake and swamp. That is very great news.
